The agency as intermediary
Our escort models act completely self-determined, because we are a pure mediation agency. This means that we are only the intermediary between you and the model and therefore receive a commission from the model. A contractual relationship arises only between you and the model when the booking is made. We do not charge you a separate fee for the mediation. In the case of payments by bank transfer or other means of payment, we are entitled to receive the fee or have power of attorney to receive money for this purpose.
Payment options
You can pay the fee to the agency either by bank transfer, Wise, Twint or PayPal, or you can bring the fee to your date in cash. If you choose to pay in cash, please hand over the entire fee to the model in an open envelope at the beginning of the date. Please also give the model the opportunity to count the money in advance so that there are no misunderstandings. if you would like an invoice, please let us know before the date so that we can inform the model of this.
Deposits
Under certain circumstances a deposit is required to be paid into the agency account. For example, if you wish to book one of our models for a longer stay, or in connection with increased travel expenses. Deposits are discussed individually in advance, recorded in writing and can be made by bank transfer or other payment methods. We will inform you about possible deposits before your booking.
Refund in case of cancellation of the date
If you must cancel a date 24 hours before the agreed date for which you have already paid a deposit, we will refund your money in full. If, in consultation with you, we have already paid for the model’s travel expenses, these are to be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If you cancel your date less than 24 hours in advance, the escort model will receive 50% of the deposit as compensation and the remaining 50% of the deposit will be credited to your next booking. Although it happens very rarely, it can also happen that your booked model must cancel a date at short notice. If you have already paid a deposit for a date cancelled by you or the model, we will of course refund it to you. We will contact you in advance regarding the refund in order to ask for your bank details or the desired type of refund. Refund if the date is cancelled after the welcome. If the model does not meet your expectations, you can cancel the date at any time immediately after the welcome. After that we cannot refund you for a cancelled date. In the very unlikely event that you felt the cancellation was necessary due to the model’s behaviors, you can contact us. We will then investigate your concerns in order to bring about a solution.
